How do credits work for videos and images?
Credits are deducted per generation based on model complexity.

VIDEOS
20-80 credits — Sora 2 from 20 credits, Veo 3 Quality up to 80 credits
On the Pro yearly plan, credits cost ~$0.02 each (best value). One-time packages average $0.025/credit. Most competitors charge 50-150% more for similar AI models.
Subscription vs One-time packages—what's the difference?

- One-time packages never expire but do not refresh monthly.

What happens if a render fails?
zimage2.com follows a 'No Charge for Failed Generations' policy—credits are deducted only for successful video or image outputs. If the AI returns an error or duplicate result, your credits are automatically restored.
Which payment methods does zimage2.com accept?
We use Stripe for secure checkout—supporting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most local debit cards. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan stays active through the current billing period, any remaining credits remain usable until the end date, and you will not be charged again once the period ends.
